Dan Kotanjyan, the founder and Broker of Record of Peak Prime Realty, has many years of experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. He successfully combines this broad experience to offer the best possible real estate service: He is caring—prioritizing clients’ needs; and assertive—negotiating winning deals for his clients.
Dan specializes in residential real estate and has successfully mastered the art and science of helping both buyers and sellers.
Dan enjoys having the opportunity and tools to share his experience with his realtors by mentoring them. As a lifelong learner himself, he loves to teach and support his agents as he grows with them personally and professionally. Being young enough to have energy and conviction and old enough to be wise and experienced, his goal is to see every realtor of Peak Prime Realty achieve success by reaching their maximum potential.
Dan’s first language is Armenian, and he also speaks English and Russian.
Outside of work Dan loves spending time with his children Serzh and Arpy. And when he is not at home, he is out spending time with his friends. Or he is taking long walks in nature with his furry friend, Mickey. Believing in the human mind’s creative power, he is also an avid reader.
