Dan Kotanjyan, the founder and Broker of Record of Peak Prime Realty, has many years’ experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. Dan successfully combines this broad experience to offer the best possible real estate service: He is caring—prioritizing clients’ needs—and assertive—negotiating winning deals for his clients.

Dan specializes in residential real estate and has successfully mastered the art and science of helping both buyers and sellers.

Being in the business for many years, it was the time for him to take it to the next level and found his own brokerage: Peak Prime Realty (PPR). During his career, he has been part of a range of successful brokerages, both large and small, and has soaked up everything good he has learned and experienced. When he founded PPR, he ensured that all his accumulated knowledge and experience went toward growing PPR.

At some point during his career, Dan’s wife, Aida, became a licensed realtor, too. Since then, they have worked together and supported each other and, in turn, have supported the realtors at Peak Prime. Indeed, they treat their agents and clients as family.

Dan enjoys having the opportunity and tools to share his experience with his realtors by mentoring them. As a lifelong learner himself, he loves to teach and support his agents as he grows with them personally and professionally. Being young enough to have energy and conviction and old enough to be wise and experienced, his goal is to see every realtor of Peak Prime Realty achieve success by reaching their maximum potential.

Dan’s first language is Armenian, and he also speaks Russian.

Dan loves spending family time with Aida and his children, Serj and Arpy. And when he is not at home, he is out spending time with his friends. Or he is taking long walks in nature with his furry friend, Mickey. Believing in the human mind’s creative power, he is also an avid reader.
